Jenny Spradley established Spradley Realty in September of 1988 in Thomasville, NC. The business was moved to High Point, NC in November of 1990. Alison Spradley joined her mother in business in November of 2006. As a family owned and operated business, clients can expect personal service, strong business ethics, and familiarity.
Through the years Spradley Realty has gained collective experience in Residential, New Construction, Land, Commercial, Foreclosure Management, Foreclosure Sales and Property Management. Although located in High Point, we serve all areas of the Piedmont Triad including Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Jamestown, Archdale, Trinity and Lexington.
Spradley Realty and all brokers are members of the National Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, High Point Regional Association of Realtors and the High Point Chamber of Commerce.

Jenny is a Realtor and GRI. She is a member of the Realtor's Commercial Alliance. Jenny has been licensed since 1988. She is an active member of Unity United Methodist Church in Thomasville where she serves on several committees and is an active volunteer. She also serves as the Lexington District President of the United Methodist Women. Jenny was named the High Point Reghional Assocation of REALTORS Broker/ Owner of the Year in 2010. She has been married to Tim Spradley for over 35 years. Together they share 3 children, 3 grandchildren, their cat; Bear and 2 year old Chloe, their Australian Shepherd companion.

Dennis started his career in real estate and joined Spradley Realty in 1993. He is a native of High Point, NC and currently resides in Randleman. Dennis is also owner of Watson's Bookkeeping and Tax Service. He is married with 2 children.

Alison Spradley, Broker
Alison is a REALTOR® and has been licensed since July 2007. She was recently recognized by the High Point Regional Association of REALTORS® as the 2009 Rookie of the Year and was honored with the 2009 Presidential Special Recognition Award. She serves on the HPRAR Board of Directors and is a member of the NC Property Management Division. In 2009 she served as Chair of the Property Management Council. Alison assisted in forming both the HPRAR and NC Assocation of Realtors Young Professional Networks. In 2011 she was the Chair of the Govermental Affairs committee. Alison attends Unity United Methodist Church in Thomasville.
